When the world went into lockdown at the beginning of the COVID19 outbreak, I’d noticed a trend amongst a variety of photographers I follow online taking portraits of people at the windows and doors of their homes.. I hesitated to jump on the band wagon at first, but then I thought – why not! Let’s capture this bizarre and unique time in our lives. I put a call out on social media, and was flooded with people around the Central Coast Peninsula area wanting to have their own portrait taken on their front porch – so I decided to name it “The Front Porch Diaries”. I love that this is now a time capsule to look back on forever. A huge thank you to all the beautiful humans involved!
