Could you pick a more incredible spot then the apple orchards of the Huon Valley Tasmania? I think not! Will & Jayde waited until the day before apple harvest to get married at Will's grandfathers orchard, where the famous Willie Smith Cider is produced - this meant the apples were as red and crunchy as could be. This family, farm & business have an incredible history & story.. one that I only really learnt when I was there (along with my wonderful second shooter Rach!). I've always loved the insight photography has given me into people's lives and stories, and this was certainly no exception! A great group of local Southern Tassie vendors bought it to life...
